I realised very early in my career that the aspects of my work which I found most rewarding were those which involved working with individuals and families in relation to their personal relationships.

I have now worked exclusively in the family law field for over 30 years and head the Family Law Team at Balfour + Manson.

I particularly enjoy working with clients in my role as a mediator which enables me to draw on my experience in all aspects of Family Law in  helping to facilitate discussions between clients enabling them to reach their own decisions.

I am also able to provide Child Inclusive Mediation services where appropriate.
