I am the Senior Litigation Partner based in our Forres Office (the Firm also has offices in Nairn and Inverness). I have practised as a Family Law Solicitor since 1988 working until 1994 with an Edinburgh law firm. I deal with all issues of family law in the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session. I have been approved and appointed by the Court as a Court Reporter and Curator ad litem in child related matters. I trained as a CALM Mediator in 1995. I am accredited by the Law Society as a Family Law Mediator. I am a member of the Family Law Association. I am committed to mediation as a viable alternative to resolving family disputes. I am also an accredited commercial mediator.
